In our home, we maintain a balanced diet - we do our best to incorporate fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and grains into our every day meals. And of course always drinking plenty of water!

PT / OT - I think both are good options to try depending on where you are in your MS path. Physical Therapy helps improve mobility, strength, and balance through exercises and physical activities.
