@lemons1224 I feel your pain. I have been there and understand what you are going through. The first few days are extremely tough but you will get through this. Please talk to your neurologists - the medications out there are very good now. I also worked with an occupational therapist on my physical senses. That may be helpful.
Here to talk if you need anything - can always send me a 'members chat' if you'd like 🙂.
Hello, thank you for sharing – know that you are not alone. Being newly diagnosed can feel overwhelming and scary, but take a deep breath - the first step is to understand you have the condition, followed by learning how to manage it.
MS affects everyone differently, and many people live full, meaningful lives with it. I have had MS for 10+ years and so much has changed in terms of managing the disease. Medications can help a lot. They’re designed to slow the progression, manage symptoms, and reduce relapses. It’s important to work with your doctor to find the right treatment plan for you.
Different symptoms occur in every person with MS (you mentioned the weird body movements). The unpredictability can be tough, but you’ll learn to listen to your body.
You’re going to have questions, and that’s okay. Lean on the community, ask your doctor everything, and don’t be afraid to reach out for support. We’re here for you.
I know it feels scary because it's so new and unknown - here for you for support. My biggest thing is trying to keep a healthy mindset, at first it's not the easiest, but in time I have gotten more positive 💛
Lemons1224 - I am so sorry to here. So many of us have been in your spot and we are here for you.

Does medication help?
Does it just get worse??
I have had weird body movements but really limited.
I’m so scared. They found it on a MRI because I complained about migraines
