Recently I've been seeing a physical therapist and focusing on strength, balance, and coordination. I focus on exercises to increase and maintain mobility. Thinking of adding yoga into my regular routine. Has anyone seen improvements with doing yoga consistently?
Yes - I could probably see more improvements if I am more consistent, but the stretching and breathing has helped me mentally - and also a bit physically. I think it's a good idea!
Tyler - I definitely think infusions are the best for me - it really helps not having to take meds everyday.
